Mustard Yellow & Stripes

Perhaps it isn't exactly Spring yet but it is very near. Today was one of those crazy weather days in Boston, with a 70 degree weather and if the suns out well than everyone should be! Am I right?

This was a fun outfit particularly for a sunny day like today, the high waist stripped pants make it lively and make a statement. I have been really into patterned pants lately, always looking for the right touch of WOW. Not only are they fun but they are very light and shape the body just right, but my favorite is the bow, the smallest detail to this outfit is essentially the cherry on top as I like to say.

If you are new to my blog then you don't know this but I love color! Absolutely in love with bold, bright, charming colors and the first thing I thought when wearing these pants was "This would look great with a bright color!" whether that meant the top or a bold lipstick. 

But somehow the color yellow has really been calling my attention and I have been really liking the look of it, in this case a more mustard yellow color. When I saw this top I got too excited and had decided this would be THE outfit. I specifically wanted a crop top to keep from covering the bow detail fo the high waist pants. Here you have it!!
